We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is free of pet hair before returning it to ensure a smooth refund process.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Are your human hoodies and dog bandanas machine washable?
Yes! Most of our apparel is made from high-quality cotton blends. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low to keep the colors vibrant and the fabric soft.
